  Arco is subpar to say the least. My condo association contracted them to fix our aging roof in 2017 and there were many problems.
  
  Firstly, they damaged my air conditioner, and I had to call a repairman to get it fixed. Additionally, they failed to properly set up temporary roofing structure while they were working on the roof. As a result residents experienced water damage to their units. When residents do raise issues they don't respond in a timely manner. I do not recommend.
