    Rude owner. I brought a piece of clothing here for repair and was given the wrong item when picking up (had roommate pick it up and he didn't check). When calling to advise them, I asked for a discount and was told "customers make mistakes all the time," insinuating that this was MY fault, not his. He rambled on for two more minutes (yelling) that I would not get my pants back and I should keep the other pants I was given my mistake. Another customer would be inconvenienced because this business owner was spiteful. I was very calm and did not shout once. Turns out, he was so angry that he undid any repair he had done on my pants and claimed he could not repair them. He is very rude. You have been forewarned.
